The financial audit is the indicator of the validity and fairness of the accounting data through monitoring it. Therefore, it is an independent department that aims to ensure the validity of the data or not after examining them carefully, and to ensure the credibility of the data and financial reports issued by the administration, review the accounting procedures and express an opinion on them as certified accountants and external auditors. If the financial statements have been prepared, in all material respects, by measurement, presentation and disclosure, in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The types of audit are divided into (internal audit – external audit).
